Barista Job Description

Mountain Dweller Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roasting company seeking full and part-time baristas with coffee industry experience to join our team in Frisco, CO.

Primary Responsibilities:

Offer product information, answer questions, and provide friendly and positive service to guests.
Take orders using a point-of-sale system and accept payments.
Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks in a high-volume cafe setting.
Help develop seasonal beverages and food menus.
Foodservice: prepare pastries, smoothies, breakfast burritos, bagels & more.
Weigh, grind and brew coffee and tea. Operate coffee equipment.
Package coffee and other items.
Sales of food & beverages.
Keep a clean workspace and restock items behind the bar.
Adhere to food safety regulations and quality controls.

Qualifications/Skills:

Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are a must.
Excellent work ethic and someone who has desire to be a part of a professional and dynamic team.
